Show Hospital manager attends conference ! William Whipple, Administrator, Adminis-trator, Valley View Medical Center,, recently attended a unique conference on coronary coron-ary care in- Salt Lake City, Utah. Some of the topics discussed were: the policies and procedures pro-cedures necessary for a coronary cor-onary care unit and how they are implemented; the cost and maintenance of coronary care equipment; the kinds of medical med-ical records needed for the unit and the effectiveness of personnel, and the education of the community to better understand hospital coronary care; how costs for patient stays in the unit are determined; deter-mined; and the legal apects of treatment in a coronary care unit. |
