Show Milne, Spilsbury-Graff I battle for baseball lead Spilsbury-Graff Mortuary and Milne Truck Line are both undefeated in American Little League baseball action through games played Tues-'day Tues-'day evening, but, the two league leaders were scheduled schedul-ed to clash Wednesday evening eve-ning with the winner to take a clear-cut lead on the league's lea-gue's top position.. Results of that game were not available at this writing. In third place in the standings stand-ings is Kiwanis Club with a three win and two loss record. Milne played a couple of tough games to find their way into the league lead with a 8- 5 win over Kiwanis and a 7-5 victory over Coleman. Spilsbury-Graff found their toughest competition against Kiwanis when they posted a 9- 5 victory. In that battle the mound victory was . won by Chamberlain. A big fourth inning in-ning produced four "runs on just two hits to spell the difference dif-ference in the game. Suffering Suffer-ing the loss was Middleton of Kiwanis. In Milne's 7-5 win over Coleman Cole-man Jex and Judd shared the mound victory with Boren suffering the loss. Milne pushed push-ed in four runs on five hits in the first frame then held on to win the battle They collected col-lected 11 hits while holding Coleman to nine hits.
