Show Faculty meets cshedulsd otSOSe Sepi.5 Southern Utah State College faculty members will return to campus Tuesday, Sept. 5 for a series of meetings prior to the beginnig of Fall Quarter Quar-ter on Sept. 27, it was announced announ-ced by Dr. Conrad Hatch, SU-vice SU-vice president for Academic Academ-ic Affairs. schedules in the SUSC Registrar's Regis-trar's Office. Freshmen will receive class schedules at orientation. or-ientation. Classes will begin for all students Wednesday, Sept. 27. Special students taking , eight or fewer hours will also register regis-ter that day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Registrar's Office. Faculty and staff will meet together in general session Tuesday and Thursday at 9 a m. Each group will also meet separately Tuesday at '11 a.m. All meetings will be held in the SUSC Music Building. The groups will resume meetings Tuesday, Sept. 12 at 9 a.m. A general faculty meeting meet-ing will also be conducted Thursday, Sept. 14 at 9 a.m. Meetings will adjourn to enable en-able college personnel to attend at-tend the annual Conference on Higher Education being held this year at the University of Utah. Faculty members will resume re-sume meetings Tuesday, Sept. 19 in preparation for advisement advise-ment of new students on Sept. 21 and 22. Students wishing to meet with faculty advisors on those dates should make an appointment by calling or writing specific faculty members mem-bers in care of SUSC. . Freshman orientation begins Monday, Sept. 25 at 7:30 a.m. in the SUSC Auditorium. At that time new students will receive general advisement on registration and course selection. First time freshmen will begin registration Monday Mon-day at 12:30 p.m. in the SUSC Fieldhouse. Advanced freshmen, sophomores, sopho-mores, and u p p erclassmen will register Tuesday, Sept. 26 beginning at 9 a.m. in the field house. Registration will be conducted alphabetically.
