Schwartz was born at Custer City, Okla. June 5, 1910 a son of John and Pauline Kenfer Schwartz. He married Alice Mason. She died April 10, 1!)(!0. lit; was a member of the Lutheran Luth-eran Church. Survivor include a son, Ronald Schwartz, Beryl; two step-daughters, Lula Bell Pittard, Pit-tard, Denver, Colo, and Charo-lett Charo-lett Pittard, Salt Lake City; two step-sons: Homer Anthony Pittard, North Carolina and1 Harold Wayne Pittard. Mis-1 souri; five Kraiuldiildrcn and Ui following brothers and sisters: Adulph aim John, But Her, Okla.; Oscar, Clinton, Okla.; Mrs. Helena Werners, Arapaho, Okla.; and Mrs. Bertha Ber-tha Lenaburg, Clinton, Okla.
