Show gifts to the past officers was done by the Don Ence Saddlery. A horse shoe pen set was given to Ellen Mathews for her service as secretary. Ex-board members Jim Niel-son, Niel-son, Dallas Grant, R. C. Math-cson Math-cson and John Mathews, and Trail Master Reid Prisby were given key chains. All workmanship on the Sat. Begins Rides For Southern Utah Trc-.i Riders The Southern Utah Trail Riders have set the first ride of the year to begin this Sat-1 urday at 9 p. m. The ride will take place on Sand Mountain and will begin at the loading corrals on the -2nd dirt road to the right of ihe Hurricane Interchange. Anyone wishing to join with the group for this ride jhould contact tlw president jf the Southern Utah Trail Ciders, ELsworth Flannigan. Details of the trip were planned at a pot luck supper which was held at the CSU Club House at Woods Ranch on February 10. The supper was held in honor hon-or of the outgoing officers of the club and to install the new officers. Past President Don Mathews was presented with a trophy buckle, and past Vice-President Fern Eiickson received a horse brush with her name and year of service engraved on the handle. |
