Proclamation Whereas the health problems of birth defects and arthritis are of great concern to the families of our community and. Whereas polio Is a continuing problem because insufficient numbers of our citizens have been protected by the Salt Vaccine Vac-cine and, Whprcai The National Foundation, Foun-dation, which financed the Salk vaccine, has added birth defects and arthritis to Its work in the polio field and, whereas this vital work affecting affect-ing one family in four is supported sup-ported entirely by the New March of Dimes to prevent crippling diseases. Therefore, I, Arnold Anderson, Mayor of Cedar City, do hereby proclaim the month of January, 19G0, as New March of Dimes Month and urge everyone to support sup-port this tremendously Important Import-ant cause to the fullest extent
