Adams were Joined in marriage Saturday, July 31, during dur-ing a double ring ceremony performed per-formed by Klien Rollo, LDS bishop. bis-hop. Setting for the wedding was the Cedar First Ward Chapel with a reception following at the Cedar City High School dining room. Hosts were the bride's parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Ross Woolsey. The bridegroom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. James W. Adams. For her nuptial the bride wore a "Bridal Original" styled from delustered satin appliqued with lace. The dress featured a chapel train caught up in a small pouf. Sharon was crowned with a seed pearl ornament which caught an elbow length bridal illusion veil. She carried a bouquet of Phal-aenopsis Phal-aenopsis orchids with streamers of ribbon and clusters of lily-of-the-valley trailing. The bride's sister, Mrs. Roger (Pat) Murie was matron of honor; hon-or; Miss Judy Barney served as maid of honor while Miss Shcrie Adams, sister of the bridegroom, and Mrs. Brent Woolsey were bridesmaids. The attendants wore identical sheath dresses of pink-shrimp brocade satin. Short veils attachr:,! to brocade satin bows adorned their heads and each one held a nose gay arranged ar-ranged of spider mums and daisies. dai-sies. Best man was B. N. Williams and ushers were Joe Gubler, Ronald Ron-ald Worthen and Scott Berry. Mother of the bride wore a pink mauve dacron embrosscd dress with a white glamelia cor-, sage and the bridegroom's mo- ther wore a pink lace ensemble 1 with white glamelias. I During the reception, Mr. and Mrs. Milt Jolley greeted guests while Miss Lorraine Gayle was attending the guest book. Serving Serv-ing hostess was Mrs. Nyal Mil-, ler assisted by Diane Dobson, ' Kathy Smith, Linda Avedisian, Melinda Morris, Patsy Livermore and Vicki Lynn Nelson. Kitchen hostesses under the direction of Mrs. Reid Cox, caterer, were Mrs. Drex Adams, Mrs. Bob Avedisian and Mrs. Dean Chamberlain. Attending At-tending the gift tables were Miss Sonja Miller, Mrs. Gary Giles, Mrs. Raymond Prestwich, Mrs. Dean Maughn, Mrs. Cloyd Strat-ton Strat-ton and Mrs. Joe Melling. Out-of-town guests in attendance attend-ance at the wedding festivities were Dr. and Mrs. Nyle Adams, Mr. and Mrs. Clark Hardy, Mr. and Mrs. M. K. Steward, Mr. and Mrs. Dell Sullivan, Mr. and Mrs. Kay Wright, Mrs. Louis Potter, Alamo, Nevada; Mr. and Mrs. Gary Giles and Mr. and Mrs. Dean Maughn, Mesa, Arizona. The bride Is a graduate of Ce-1 Ce-1 dar City High School, where she 1 was a member of the Mohey ' Tawa marching group and the FHA organization. The newlyweds will make their ' home in Cedar City. |
