Show Taylor Group Meets Saturday for Reunion Members of the George and Maty Brown Taylor family met in Parowan Saturday, Aug. 7 and enjoyed a full day of activities. The group met at 11 p. m. in the basement of the Old Rock Church for a short program and business busi-ness meeting. This was followed by group lunch on the city park. In the evening the family met again in the church for a program pro-gram which consisted of viewing view-ing of slides of the Parowan Mountain area scenic attractions taken and shown by Harrell Dalton. Dal-ton. This was followed by refreshments. re-freshments. At the morning meeting new officers were elected with Boyd Walker, Summit, president; Glen: Taylor, Brigham City, vice presi- j dent; Howard Walker, seconrl vice president and Cherrie Day retained as secretary -treasurer. Coming from out-of town to attend at-tend were Mrs. Mildred Johnson, Huntington; Mrs. Norma Johnson Woolsey, Orem; Mr. and Mrs. j Willard Lewis Mayer and family, ' Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Taylor, Og-den; Og-den; Mr. and Mrs. Glen Taylor, Brigham City; Mr. and Mrs. Wil-burn Wil-burn Taylor. Bountiful; Warren Taylor, Corvallis, Ore.; Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Walker, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Farrow, Summit and the lat-ter's lat-ter's daughter, Mrs. Marc Allton, and baby, Las Vegas; Mr. and Mrs. Ardell Walker and daughter Robyn, Las Vegas; June Walker, Mrs. Viola Meeham and Clarence Harris, Salt Lake City, and Mrs. Betty Marie Jenson and family, Cedar City. |
