I960, duly obtained and acquired a Mechanics Lien upon one 1950 Mercury 4-dr. Sedan, Serial No. 50SL6G073M. to secure payment of $34.48, the same being the reasonable rea-sonable value of automobile parts and labor installed and performed upon said automobile, and storage charges furnished by the undersigned at the request of the owner of said automobile, namely Jerry Lee Dryer, whose last known address is 6G70 Clare-mont, Clare-mont, Adams City, Colorado; and whereas the whole of said indebtedness in-debtedness remains unpaid, and the undersigned is desirous of foreclosing its said Mechanics Lien upon said automobile by advertisement.
