Show CSU Evening School Classes Will Begin on January 10 A schedule of 19 evening school classes to be taught in the 19611 Evening School at College of Southern Utah has been announced announ-ced by Dr. McRay Cloward, coordinator. co-ordinator. Dr. Cloward indicated that class registration will be held Tuesday evening, January 10 at, 7 p. m. In the Old Main Build-ing Build-ing on the campus. Classes may be taken for college credit or non-credit fora small registration registra-tion fee. College students and any Interested person may sign for the courses, according to Dr. Cloward. Dr. Cloward Indicated that the Evening School is designed to provide every citizen an opportunity oppor-tunity for growth In many fields of Interest. An extensive program Is designed for the student who cannot attend day classes; the apprentice who must meet minimum min-imum educational requirements related to his Job; the individual who wishes to continue his education edu-cation and the person who wishes college credit. Classes Include the following: Audio-visual education, auto mechanics, ceramics, creative writing, curent economic and political po-litical geography, current political polit-ical problems, welding, home planning, clothing construction, accounting, Income taxes, modern mo-dern U. 8.. history, office machines, ma-chines, geology, safety education. Shakespeare, typewriting and zoology. Dr. Cloward said that any number num-ber of additional classes may be taught In the Evening School provided that at least ten Individuals Indi-viduals are interested In the class. |
