Parowan High School Sets Friday for Annual Day Event Friday, May 1, has been se. aside as "Annual Day" at the Parowan High School by the Student Stu-dent body officers, with a program pro-gram of work and other activities activi-ties scheduled to take up the entire day, it is announced by the school. One of the important items on the day's agenda will be giving the Letter "P" on the hill above town its annual coat of whitewash. white-wash. This will be done by the boys of the Senior class with boys of the freshmen group get-ing get-ing the materials up to the letter, let-ter, we understand.. As this is going forward the rest of the students of the school will work on the building and campus, giving both of these a regular clean up, which is always al-ways a part of the clay's calendar. calen-dar. When this is completed the students will board school buses for the annual trip to the Five Mile for lunch and recreational activities. The day's events will come to a close with the annual day dance in tlie evening. It is also announced from the school that the students, under the supervision of Mr. Marvin Graff, will cooperate with the City Beautification Committee in various city cleanup projects during dur-ing the next few weeks.
