S.L.C. Firms Award Scholarships in Agriculture at BAC Two scholarships to the Branch Agricultural college from Salt Lake City firms were announced this week by the school. The first of these, is two scholarships schol-arships presented each year to outstanding high school students .it Hurricane high school, and Overton high school in Nevada. LeGrand Klienman, Toquer-ville, Toquer-ville, was named the Hurricane school winner, with Kenneth Featty, also of Toquerville, as alternate. al-ternate. The Overton winner has iiot yet been- announced. These scholarships are applicable at the BAC. The other scholarship is awarded award-ed annually by the E. O. Muir Co. of Salt Lake City to the outstanding out-standing students in fruit and egetable prodtction. The S100 Fcholarship is awarded for a two year period at the BAC, S50 rach year. This year's winner is Richard F.ardwell. Hurricane with Thomas Isom, as alternate.
