Show Institute Graduates 39 Students at Exercises Sunday Pres. Harold S. Snow delivered the address at commencement exercises for the Cedar L. D. S. Institute of Religion Sunday in the First ward chapel. Pres. Snow, in his address, told the 39 graduates that there ihould be more of the thought of application in religion, instead of theory. Presentation of diplomas was made by Gustive O. Larson, dirt di-rt ctor of the Institute. Invocation Invoca-tion was delivered by Blaine Tueller, and the benediction by John A. Nelson. Mary Belle Ivie gave the address of welcome and a short talk was given by Anne Ashcroft. Following the commencement exercises, a reception was held at the Institute for the graduates, their parents and invited guests. |
