Show New Harmony Mr. and Mrs. Antone Formaster of St. George spent Sunday at the Orson Hammond home. Mrs. Etta Taylor of California is here visiting with relatives and friends for a few days. There were quite a number of our people attended the Race meet in Cedar City September 9. nr. and Mrs. P. B. Parkinson and Mr. and Mrs Kumen Jones of Cedar City were Sunday visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. A. F. Mathls. Mrs Beulah T. Cottam or St. George spent the week end here with her mother, Mrs. Lurene P. Taylor. Miss Lura Redd of Salt Lake City was here Sunday visiting with friends. Mr. and Mrs. Lyle B. Plnce and Mr. and Mrs. Vivian Prince have now moved Into their new homes. Reese Davis from Henderson, Nevada Ne-vada visited over the week end with his children, Mr. and Mrs. T. J-Pierce. J-Pierce. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Mack, Jr. havQ returned to their home in Los Angeles after spending the past two weeks here visiting with Mr. Mack's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Mack, Sr. Mr. and Mrs. William Brown and family have returned to their home in California aSU.'t spunding the past month here at the Salsburv home. The New Harmony Centennial program is to be presented In various vari-ous towns throughout Iron and Washington counties. The proceeds from the program will go towards building a much needed new Church house. It has already been presented in our home town and was well supported. sup-ported. This program consists of dancing, both old time and modern, skits, a one act play, Novelty numbers, num-bers, Magic readings, both comic and serious, Hypnotism and the Czecho-Slovakian Czecho-Slovakian National dance done in native costume. |
