Show NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING Of The Member of The ESC ALAN TE VALLEY ELECTRIC ASSOCIATION, INC. Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Members of the Escalante Valley Electric Association, As-sociation, Inc. will be held at Mo-dena Mo-dena School Building in Modena, County of Iron, State of Utah, on the 15th day of April, 1947, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M. Said meeting is called for the following purposes: 1. To amend the Articles of Incorporation In-corporation of the said Association, particularly to amend paragraph "F" subsection "4" to change the principle place of business from Modena, Utah, County of Iron, State of Utah to place within the Beryl Township, County of Iron, State of Utah to be designated. 2. To amend the By-laws of the Association to conform to the proposed pro-posed changes In the Articles of Incorporation In-corporation as outlined above. 3. To discuss the Capitol Credits plan, relative to the advisability of the adoption of the plan by the Association. 4.
