Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change or appropriate appropri-ate water in Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless otherwise designated, all locations being from SLB&M. To Change: a -2156 Ralph A. Gardner, Imperial, California, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 4 sec. ft. of water right acquired by Application No. 14829. The water was to be diverted di-verted from two wells at points and in amounts as follows: Well No. 1 N. 2650 ft. and W. 660 ft 2 sec. ft.; Well No 2 N. 3970 ft. and W. 660 ft. 2 sec. ft. both from SE Cor. Sec. 8, T35S, R16W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 80 acres of land embraced in SE14NE, NEKNE Sec. 8, T35S, R16W. Hereafter, the above quantity of water will be diverted from a 16-in. well 186 ft. deep at a point N. 80 ft. and E. 1360 ft from SW Cor. Sec. 32, T34S, R16W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 80 acres of land embraced em-braced in EttSWK, WHSEV4 Sec. 32, T34S, R16W. a-2390 Calvin Lewis, Beryl, Ut proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 2 sec. ft. of water right acquired ac-quired by Application No. 15948. .The water was to have been diverted di-verted from a well at a point N. 50 ft. and E. 3940 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 16, T35S, R16W, and used from Mar. 15 to Oct 15 to irrigate 80 acres of land embraced em-braced in WttSE4 Sec. 16, T35S, R16W. Hereafter, 2 sec. ft. will be diverted di-verted from a 14-In. well bet 100 and 150 ft deep at a point N. 1000 ft. and W. 500 ft from SE Cor. Sec. 16. T35S, R16W, and used from Mar. 15 to Oct 15 to irrigate 80 acres of land embraced em-braced In EttSEK Sec. 16, T35S, R16W, and for year-round stock watering and culinary purposes.
