Show Legion Auxiliary Installs New Officers Mrs. Idella Buteman, past president pres-ident of the Cedar City American Legion Auxiliary who now resides In St. George, was In charge of the Installation of new officers of the local unit at a special meeting of the organization held Monday night. The new officers are Mrs. Margaret Margar-et Carpenter, president; Mrs. Lib-ble Lib-ble Perry, first vice president; Mm. Mary N. Bulloch, second vlre president; pres-ident; Mrs. Lolo Mae Roop, secretary; secre-tary; Mrs. Marie Heywood, Chap-laln; Chap-laln; Mrs. Alice I. Hunter, serjeant-at-arms. The historian and treasurer, treas-urer, Mrs. Ellen Bulloch and Mrs. Ann Perkins, respectively are holdover hold-over officers. The retiring offlceri were Mrs. Alene Leigh, president; Mrs. Matilda Blederman, first vice president; Mrs. Blanche Dolson, second vice president; Mrs. Melba Asmus. secretary; sec-retary; Mrs. Lona Watson, Chaplain.. Chap-lain.. The retiring president was presented pres-ented with a past president's pip by Mrs. Annie Esplln, District President. |
