Flight Officer Grccves received his- preliminary training here and served as a ground-worn lnsiruuoi oefore qualifying for his flight instructors in-structors rating. He resided in Cedar Ce-dar City for about V, years before leaving to Join the regular army air forces, and had many friends here. He Is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry G. Greeves of Suit Lake City and was born Match 12. 1922, in Snowflake, Arizona. He received his high school education in Salt Lake City, graduating from Oranlte High, later attending tjie University Univer-sity of Utah. Surviving besides his parents are his widow, Barbara Amont Greeves of Long Beach, an Infant daughter and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Cleo Whlteman, Marysvllle, Cal.; Anne and Lois Greeves of Salt Lake; Ted .H. Greeves with the Navy V-12 program pro-gram in Spokane, Washington, and Eldon Greeves of Salt Lake City. |
