The subdivision is to be developed develop-ed by a newly organized company, the Cedar Heights Development Co., Inc., compos d of local businessmen busi-nessmen and will combine a program of building homes for sale, and the construction of homes by individuals indivi-duals who secure building rights in the area. The La Vista Park Sub-division is located on the high bench South- ast of the city, comprising the area between Second and Fourth South streets, and between First and Third East streets.
