Show Local Elks To Play Host To State Ass'n. Members of the Cedar City Elka Lodge are busy completing nnal arrangements for the annual convention con-vention ol the Utah State Elks Association As-sociation to be held In Cedar City on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. June 6, 7, and 8th. D. J. McMurphy, Convention Chairman, announces that reservations are coming in at a rate that indicates that a record crowd will be in attendance. The feature of the opening day's events will be the Ritualistic contests con-tests with the Cedar City. tttci Provo. Salt Laic?. Tintlc. Park City, and Ogden Lodges participating. Conn, Past Grand Exalted Ruler will be the principal speaker at the convention con-vention sessions, with D. E. Lam-bourne, Lam-bourne, District Deputy Exalted Ruler, also scheduled to appear on the program. Election and Installation Installa-tion of officers will take place Saturday Sa-turday afternoon. Mrs. Cord Ellergodt and Mrs. J. A. Pace, are co-chairmen In charge of the program for the Ladles ot Elks, and have announced the following general program: Friday, rucepUbn at Bfcalante Hotel and Club Rooms, with Mrs. Maeser Dalley In charge, and Frl-day Frl-day evening a State Executive meeting, with Mrs. E.
