Show Reclassification Of Fathers Started By Loeal Draft Board The reclassification of men previously pre-viously Included In Class 3 -A, married mar-ried men with dependents, has kept the Iron County Selective Service Board extremely basy during the past week. Under the selective service ser-vice regulations, It ls necessary that these men be reclassified and placed in one of three classes: Class 1, which Includes those subject to Induction; In-duction; Class 2-A, those engaged In essential civilian industry; and Class 2-B. those engaged in essential es-sential war Industry. A large number of men have been reclassified thus far, and several notices have been sent to those Included in Class 1 to report for their preliminary physical examination. exami-nation. However, as yet no notice has teen sent to anyone to appear for induction under the November Quota. It is understood that the November Novem-ber quota for Iron County is the hitrhesC yet .set for thls particular area, and undoubtedly ulxnit half of those called will include pie-Pearl pie-Pearl Harbor fathers. These men are expected to be notified in the very near future when to import for induction. |
