Such deed shall recite substantially the amount of tax for which the property was I sold, the particular purpose for which the tax was levied, the date of such levy, the date of sale, the amount for 1 which such property was sold, the description de-scription of such property, and the name of the purchaser at such sale or I of his assignee.
