Show NAMPA, IDA. L. G. Huntley commenced work on the Catholic church Tuesday. An addition ad-dition of 14x24 is being put onto the present building. J. P. Murphy, the well known high-lite high-lite lime decorator, was down from Emmett this week. He has had a very successful season , in the contracting business. ' -- - ' J. J. McDonald returned - Tuesday from his eastern trip. - Mrs. John Fogarty received word the other evening that her brother, James Turney, died in Mexico, and on account ac-count of complications the body could not be removed until a request was made by the United States. Mrs. Fogarty Fo-garty will go to Butte when the body arrives. Colonel Kessler of BUtte and other G. A. R. men are interesting themselves in the case. -$- Sam Mulville of Butte, who bought the lot at the corner of H and Main streets, is expected to arrive in Namua in a few days. As soon as Mr. Mulville Mul-ville arrives work will commence rn the new brick block that he intends to erect. Plans are being drawn by the architects, and it is said that it will be one of the most handsome buildings in the state of Idaho. |
