Show POISE, IDA. A pretty wedding occurred at St. John's cathedral on - Wednesday of last week. Miss Alice Gillespie was united in marriage to Mr. Valdimir Onz. Bishop Glorieux officiated. The bride and groom entered the church preceded by the bridesmaid, Miss Anna An-na O'Connon, and Mr. J. Hildeka, who served as best man. The bride, who is one of Erin's fair daughters, was beautifully attired in a gown of black silk, elaborately trimmed with applique ap-plique lace and ribbon, and wore a long veil of white silk illusion and a wreath of orange blossoms. After congratulations the bride and groom together with a few immediate friends drove to the Palace restaurant, where a sumptuous dinner was served. Mr. and Mrs. Onz-left on the afternoon train for San Francisco, where they will spend their honeymoon, and will be at home. to friends after the 20th. Mrs. A. B. Day of Idaho City is visiting in the city. She came to attend at-tend the wedding of her brother-in-law, Mr. Fred Day, and Miss Nellie Dowling, which took place in Boise last Wednesday. i E. P.
