John Guinan, pritfideiu of All Hallows' Col- Though wearied by his trip from San I Francisco, the archbishop played a I number of charm ine selections on his I beautiful-toned, two-hundred-year-old Stradivarian violin. On his return from a trip to Ogtlen canyon, he, again entertained en-tertained the sisters with an interesting interest-ing account of his island home, its progress', pro-gress', .schools, government, and beau- j tiful scenery. The Sacred Heart Academy of this city will hold its twenty-sixth annual commencement exercises at the academy acade-my hall June 22. at 10 o'clock a. m. The public is cordially invited to attend. An excellent programme, consisting of vocal and instrumental music, essays, tableaux and addresses, is being prepared. pre-pared.
