Show Recent Speech Meet Winners Are Named The Fifth district Class A speech festival and Fifth district debate contest, which was held Friday, April 3. at Preston, proved the Blackfoot debaters to be the tops in this district. Preston and the Blackfoot teams are eligible to at t id the state meet at Pocatello, April 10 and 11. Of the four schools who presented present-ed their contest plays, Blackfoot play v. as rated excellent, with ';v: .on and Malad winning superior super-ior ratings.
