Show Ward Queens Are Selected Pariotic Theme To Add Colorful Touch To Activity Oneida Stake MIA board members are ths week completing com-pleting arrangements which will make their annual Gold and Green Ball, Tuesday, Jan-uary Jan-uary 20 at the Persians, a colorful col-orful highlight in the social activities ac-tivities of the winter. A patriotic patri-otic theme has been added to the decorative arrangements and will be carried out In the national colors. The floor show will include the individual introductions of of the queens who have reign- ed over the ward Gold and Green Balls. These ward queens are, Miss Mary Kofoed, Clifton; Oxford to be named; Mi as Bessie Mendenhall, Dayton; Day-ton; Miss Erma Dean Taylor," Winder; Miss Fern Hubsmith,' Banida; Miss Odessa Smith, Rlverdale; Miss Connie Webster, Web-ster, Glendale; Miss Thelma Pearson, Glencoe; Mis;s Hor-tense Hor-tense Larsen, Mink Creek; Miss Ardis Hansen, Third ward; and Miss Lou Bodily, Fourth ward. Under the direction of Elmo Keller and Mrs. Blanche Hol-llngsworth Hol-llngsworth the following committees com-mittees are In charge of the arrangements: Queen committee; Msrva Cooke, Gladys Johnson, Delia Campbell and Leonard Winn; decorations, George Heath, Sheldon Archibald, Lucille Woodruff and Anna Moore; programs, Lavnia Cuiler, Ellen . : Wynn and Irene Smith; refreshments, re-freshments, Ona Edgley, Hilda Steele and Edwin Crockett; advertising, E. R. Spilsbury, Zelma Mickelsen and Alice Taylor; costumes, Charles 01-sen 01-sen and Onetta Forsgren; dance manager, Ira Taylor.
