Show Utah "Lamb Week" To Start Saturday "Utah Lamb Week," staged successfully suc-cessfully at intervals by members of the Utah Woolgrowers association with a view to stimulating sales of , Utah lambs, the best grown in the nation, will start Saturday, September Septem-ber 7, and will continue until Spetem-I Spetem-I ber 14, both days inclusive. As is always al-ways the case, the delicate and appetizing appe-tizing meat from the very choicest animals will be in every market, and there will be every reason why all should get in line and enjoy this week in feasting on Utah lambs. Various chambers of commerce and different clubs and associations throughout Utah have offered their services and are working wholeheartedly wholeheart-edly and conjointly in accepting the responsioimy or maKing tms project for 1935 a state-wide success, and with the cooperation of the thousands of consumers, there is every reason, to believe that "Lamb Week" will go down as one of the most successful ever held in the state. The promoters of "Lamb Week" are stressing the idea of "increasing the use of lamb locally" and make the public "lamb-minded," which will not only satisfy a hunger for the delicacy, but will aid the growers in placing some of the highest quality of meat ever offered on the local marts. Make your start Saturday, the opening of "Lamb Week," buy for Sunday and every day in the week, and each day cook the meat in different dif-ferent styles, and the diet will not become distressful. |
