I On the evening of January 31, Pe. puty Supervisor Van Boskirk and Ranger Ollerton met with' the per-j mittees of Eairicw and Milburn at their annual meeting in Fairview. On; the same evening Ranger Thursbv met with the Ephraim permittees at their annual meeting in Ephraim, and; Supervisor Humphrey and Ranger Nlelson met with the Spring City permittees per-mittees at Spring City at their annual meeting. The annual meeting of the Mayfield association was held at 1 o'clock p. m., January ,'!0. The annual meeting of the Emery C. & IT. Association Asso-ciation was held in Emery on January 26. Ranger Williams attended t he-Emory he-Emory meeting; and Ranger Cox, Supervisor Humphrey and Deputy .Supervisor Van Boskirk attended the meeting at Mayfield. J It is reported that there are thousands thou-sands of fingeiling trout in the Springville hatchery that the state Came Warden will be glad to ship for planting in any stream in the state. Any of our fish and game clubs who have open waters where these fish can be planted should take advantage of the present supply, since it is not always possible .to secure fish for planting. Supervisor W. V. Blakeslee, of the Unita, and Supervisor C. A. Mattsson, 'of the Fishlake-Eillmore Forest, were ! in Ephraim on February 2 and 3 for j the purpose of arranging a campaign and working out the details for a ran-, ran-, ger meetingto be held February H, '20 and 21, at Provo, of the Unita, Manti and Fishlake-Fillmore Forests. I I Rangers Thursby and Nielson left I Ephraim this February 5, to repair j the telephone line, thought to be out out of order somewhere between town ! -ind SeeK-y Creek. They will aso take snow measurements at the Experiment Experi-ment Station, Alpine Station, and at ; the Seeley Creek Ranger Station. A report from Rargers Thursby and Nielson is to the effect that the snow is now l inches deep at the Ex- perimcnt Station, with a water consent con-sent of 10.11 inches.
