Show '"AG" CLUB IN THE LIMELIGHT The "Ag" Club dunce given by the members of the newly effected organization or-ganization at Peterson hall l;i:;t Friday Fri-day night was a success from every point. Practicably all of I he young people from (he High school, together togeth-er with many residents of the city, were present and a most delightful evening was spent by all present Music was furnished by local talent and this feature was especially en joyed. The refreshments, which were tasty and ' heartily enjoyed by all, consisted of ten gallons of hot chocolate, choco-late, 475 doughnuts and one and one half bushels of sweet, luscious apples. ap-ples. The refreshments were server5 by the members of the club and a charge of five cents was made for the "delicacies." The chocolate was prepared by Miss Burnhani of the domestic, do-mestic, science department, while the milk was supplied by the "Ag" clul hoys, they bringing it from thoi! homes. The club was only recenth organized under the direction of Mr. Madsen of the Agricultural depart ment and with the social and financial finan-cial success of the first party of the season, the members are highly clat ed. |
