NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property will be sold at public auction auc-tion to the highest bidder, purchase price payable in lawful money of the United States of America at the time of sale, at the front steps of the Garfield County Courthouse, 55 South Main, Panguitch Utah, on Tuesday, December 21, 1993, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of that day for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed executed by Louis O. Myers and Mildred J. Myers, Trustors, in favor of Prudential Federal Savings and Loan Association now known as Olympus Bank, a Federal Savings Bank as beneficiary.
