Show 679-8552 Tiffany and Dale Morgan have moved to Cannonville. Dale is helping the custodians at the school and Tiffany is helping at the school lunch; later they will work at Foster's. Fos-ter's. Christopher, son of Shauna Callahan was taken to Dixie Medical Medi-cal Center with complications from pneumonia. He is home and much better. Beverly and Guy Thompson took their family to Las Vegas where they attended a testimonial for Anthony Reese, son of Ann and Tom Reese, who is going to New Zealand on an LDS mission. Julie and Brian Jolley have a son bom Feb. 10. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Kenny Goulding, Hen-rieville Hen-rieville and Mr. and Mrs. George Jolley, Antimony. Sarah Wetzel from Snow College Col-lege in Ephraim spent the weekend here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mathew Wetzel. i Lael Chynoweth and son Cal spent two days in St. George visiting visit-ing Shanna Goulding who is back home and doing fine. Lula Moore received a letter from Kirby Smart and Elsie McAnally who sent best regards to all their friends. They sent $1,000 to be put into a savings account for the cemetery district, the interest on which will be used for taking care of the graves of Kathryn and Wade Waycaster. Ivan and Nelda Willis took Rhoda Shafer to Salt Lake City with them when Ivan had knee surgery last week. Ted and Elizabeth Piatt had their daughter here from Arizona for a week. Berthene Griffin was in Escalante visiting. Jim and Margo Smith left their children with grandparents Jim and Rae Smith while they attended games in Cedar City. Many from Escalante went to Cedar City to watch drill team and basketball competitions. Word was received that Mary Johnson has accepted a position at Bryce Canyon National Park and will start work April 1. |
