Show ; By Betty Wiley Kent Sawyer of Mesquite, Nev., has been visiting his sister and brother-in-law, Valeen and Ken ! Roberts. i Visiting the Woodmancys from Groningen, Netherlands are Koos, Willie, Joyce, Marcia and Kim Streuper. They will be in Utah for four weeks and are friends of David Woodmancy who recently returned from his LDS mission to Holland, i Ilene Roberts had a slight I stroke. Darlene Evans and her two ! daughters Jennie and Laura Pierson ! are staying the week with Ilene and ! will be taking her to Provo to the i doctor. The James Darling Wiley i family reunion was held at Otter i Creek State Park last weekend. The i entire group drove to Circleville ! where they visited the old family i homesites and the Butch Cassidy i home. Gerald Horton and Fontella Simkins met the group at the Circleville Cir-cleville . Park to tell what they ! could remember of the Wiley families as they were growing up. The group then visited the Circleville Cemetery to check the headstones for genealogy. Later in the day they all gathered on the lawn at the Van Wileys for a potluck dinner. Over 100 relatives were in attendance, among whom 90 year-old Neva Kennaross was the oldest. Gloria Kreitzer and Ilene Blood took the LDS mutual girls to Tropic Reservoir for two nights. Participating were Chantell Brinkley, Kenna Sue Roberts, Jennie Jen-nie Poll, Heidi Gardner, Shirlene King and Mamie King. Drew Kreitzer accompanied several sev-eral Blazer Boy Scouts to Smith Canyon for a cam pout. Jennie Poll, Mike Hansen and Trail Kreitzer were All-Stars from the J-K Bullets baseball team, which consisted of children from Junction, Kingston and Antimony. Margaret Gleave flew to Oregon to visit with family members. She returned Tuesday. Don and Barbara Schmidt have gone to Provo. Don may need hip surgery. 1 |
