Recommended Daily Diet Four 8 oz. glasses of milk or servings of milk products Four protein servings. A serving is 2-3 oz. cooked lean meat, fish or poultry; cup of cooked dry beans, peas or lentils; lA cup of peanut butter or 1 oz. of nuts EZ3 Two servings of fresh, green, leafy vegetables. A serving is 1 cup raw or 3A cup cooked. One serving of fresh fruits or vegetables rich in vitamin C.
