Show Henrieville Harold Blondin, who was expecting a visit from his son and daughter-in-law, learned they had been involved In a serious automobile accident, but fortunately, had suffered no serious injuries. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Patterson have moved back for the winter, their daughter Linda and her son from Las Vegas are here spending a week with them. Marjorie Ford is in the hospital for several days. Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Johnson made a trip to Delta. Katie Morton of Kaysville Is here taking care of her mother Roxie Chynoweth for a couple of weeks. Speakers Sunday were Vernon Spencer Shurtz and Chase Shurtz. The choir performed a psecial musical number. Gary Johnson traveled to Salt Lake City for schooling on scouting. Thanksgiving dinner was held on Friday for senior citizens. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Goulding Sr. accompanied Mr. and Mrs. David Pollock of Tropic to Salt Lake City to visit Mr. and Mrs. Ernie Henderson and attend the temple with them. Mr. and Mrs. Layton Smith visited in Cedar City with daughter Christine. Mr. and Mrs. Lee Smith had a visit from Mrs. Smith's father, Wade Alvey. Thor Johnson, Cedar City took his parents, the Thorley Johnsons, Green River to visit son Nolan. They visited in Hanksville with Eda Quilter and Thorley's sisters, Nina Robinson and Merintha Johnson. Members. Rick Goulding, Delta have a baby girl whom they named Sally. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Goulding, Sr. Riley Miller has started work on a store room for senior citizens on the north of the old school house. |
