Show Hatch Happenings By Velma Huntington 735-4231 The Don Rosses left for their Arizona home after' several" Weeks' visit with Mr. and Mrs. Lelarid Riggs. Tuesday, Effel Riggs, Mr. and Mrs. Leland Riggs and Janice Ross stopped in Cedar City and took Thora Porter with them to the St. George LDS Temple. Theora Heap accompanied JoAnn Goulding, Henrieville to visit relatives in Cedar City. Mr. and Mrs. Grant Dalton visited the Wayne Stubbs Thursday in Parowan. Saturday visitors with the Daltons were Shannon Clark, Travis Clark, Danny Button and Shawnee Clark, Kanab. Visiting Mr. and Mrs. Layton Barney are the Spencer Hawkins, Provo. Maggie Bamhurst was taken by ambulance to the Garfield Memorial Hospital Friday. Visiting her at the hospital were all her sisters and her children. Kurt Sawyer and Colter Sawyer, Cedar City visited Mr. and Mrs. David Sawyer. Weekend visitors were the Kent Sawyers, Deanna Sawyer and Benjamin Sawyer, Cedar City. Janet Houston, Beaver visited with her folks, the Darol Allreds. Terry Barney, Jason Barney, Jeff Barney and Tyler Barney, visited in Salt Lake City with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Evans visited the past week in Hurricane with the Deloy Evans while Jolene Evans was in the Dixie Hospital following surgery. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Hoffman, Draper and Mr. and Mrs. Grover Smith, Circleville visited Mr. and Mrs. Orlas Riggs. The Daughters of Utah Pioneers meeting was held Friday in the museum. Hostess was Velma Huntington. The lesson was given by Reva Lowder. Visiting relatives were Jeff Sawyer and Eric Sawyer, Cedar City; Kerry Sawyer, Panguitch and Mr. and Mrs. Max Burrows and Mr. and Mrs. Larry Lewes, Fredonia. |
