NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to exchange water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. 61-are (Exch. 2230) William C. Kent, 367 E. 600 S., Monroe, Utah seeks the right to exchange 1.6 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by 1.0 Share Stock, West Panguitch Irr. Co., and Sevier River decree page 21. The water has been diverted from Panguitch Creek and it's tributaries at a point E. 1900 ft. from the WVi Cor., Sec. 34, T35S, R7W; and used for irrigation and miscellaneous purposes. Hereafter, 1.6 ac. ft. of water is to be released into Panguitch Lake at a point same as heretofore; and 1.6 ac. ft. of water Is to be diverted from a 6 inch well, 150 to 250 ft. deep at a point S. 75 ft. , E 375 f t form the WV4 Cor., Sec 31, T35S, R7W, (Near Pangutich Lake); and used for the domestic use of one family; and from May 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.25 ac. in the NW'4SW y4, Sec. 31, T35S, R7W, (Lot 15 of Panguitch Lake Estates So. Subdivision). 61-area (Exch. 2234) Clem Church, P.O. Box 649, Panguitch, Ut seeks the right to exchange 3.2 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Sevier River decree page 21, and two shares of West Panguitch Irr. Co. Stock. The water has been diverted frdtn Panguitch Creek" and tributaries at a point E 1900 ft from VfVt Cor., Sec. 34, T35S, R7W; and used for irrigation and miscellaneous purposes. Hereafter, 3.2 ac. ft. of water is to be released into Panguitch Lake Reservoir at a point same as heretofore; and 3.2 ac ft of water is to be diverted from a 6 inch well, 100 to 300 ft. deep at a point S. 195 ft. E. 1416 ft. from the W'4 Cor., Sec. 31, T35S, R7W, (1 miles W. of Panguitch Lake) ; and used for the domestic use of twelve families in recreational homes on a part time basis. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer on or before Feb. 4, 1984. Dee C. Hansen, P.E.
