Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to exchange water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. 61-area (Ech. 2240) Ralph H. & Darylene D. Veater seek the right to exchange 1.6 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by one share of west Panguitch Irr. Co. water and Cox Decree, p. 21. The water has been diverted from Panguitch Creek and it s tributaries at a point E. 1900 ft. from the W'4 Cor., Sec. 34, T35S, R7W; and used for irrigation purposes. Hereafter 1.6 ac. ft. of water is to be released into Panguitch Lake Reservoir at a point same as heretofore; and 1.6 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 100-300 ft. deep at a point E. 1500 ft., S. 500 ft. from the YVa Cor,, Sec. 5, R36S, R7W, (Panguitch Lake); and used for the part-time domestic use of 2 families within the NEV4SWV4 Sec. 5, T36S, R7W. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 1636 W.
