Show 1 IN THE SIXTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT OF THE STATE OF UTAH IN THE MATTER OF A GRAND JURY HEARING FOR GARFIELD COUNTY. ORDER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at 2 p.m. on the 3rd day of March, 1983, at the Court Room in the Garfield County Courthouse, Panguitch, Utah this Court shall hold a Grand Jury Hearing and hear in secret persons claiming Information justifying the calling of a Grand Jury. All parties appearing shall be placed under oath and examined by the Jduge. If,i as a result of the testimony received the court feels that the reasonable cause exists for believing that law enforcement has failed, or that in the interest of justice a Grand Jury should be called, an Order shall be entered calling a Grand Jury. All interested citizens and public officials are invited to appear and testify. (UCA, 77-10-1.1) It would be appreciated if appointments could be made in advance to assure necessary time can be allowed. For appointment please call 801-835-2121, Mrs. Carole B.
