Show Area Obituaries j Bruce F. Parker Bruce F. Parker, 79 died Feb. 3. 1983 at Logan. He was born February 28, 1903, Kanarraville, to Charles and Elizabeth Ann Daus Parker. He married Florence Olsen, Nov. 28, 1942 at Tacoma, Wash, later solemnized In the St. George LDS Temple. He graduated from the University of Utah law school and lived in Panguitch for over 25 years where he served as both city and county attorney. Upon his retirement In 1971, he moved to Logan. Mr. Parker served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was an active member of the Panguitch Lions Club where he had served as president and as governor of District 28-H. He was an active member of the LDS Church and served in a variety of church positions over the years. At the time of his death he was a high priest in the Logan Ninth Ward. Survivors: wife, Logan; brother, R. Cecil, Cedar City; sister, Sophia Stapley, Oakland, Calif. Funeral services were Feb, 7 at Hall Mortuary Chapel in Logan with Bishop Carl R. Wallis officiating. Burial was in the Logan City Cemetery. |
