Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been Tiled with the State Engineer to change water in Garfield and Kane Counties throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-12341 (61-1009) Ray Wm. and Mary Helen Palmer, Box 400J Blanding, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 0.25 ac. ft out of a total of 243.2 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded portion of Appl. 2408, Cert. 1415 (61-6). The water has been diverted from Broad Hollow Springs at a point S. 48 deg 25 min E. 1796 ft. from SE Cor. Sec 5, T37S, R5W; and used from Mar. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 81.07 acs. in Sec 4. EV4SEy4 Sec 5, NWyNWy Sec 9, T37S, R5W. Hereafter, 0.25 ac. ft of water is to be diverted from an 8-inch well, 500 ft deep, at a point N. 1176 ft W 857 ft from SV Cor. Sec 16, T38S, R7W (Strawberry Valley) ; and used for the domestic purposes of 1 family in SEy4SWy4 Sec 16, T38S, R7W. The remaining amount of water will be used same as heretofore. a-12342 (61-1010) Thomas R. & Janith W, Thompson, Box 202, Virgin, Ut proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 0.25 ac ft out of a total of 242.95 ac ft of water as evidenced by a deeded portion of Appl. 2408, cert. 1415 (61-6). The water has been diverted from Broad Hollow Springs, at a point S. 48 deg 25 min E. 17 ft from SE Cor Sec 5, T37S, R5W; and used from Mar. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 80.98 acs. in Sec 4, EV4SEy4 Sec 5 NWNWy Sec 9, T37S, R5W. Hereafter, 0.25 ac. ft of water is to be diverted from an 8-inch well, 500 ft deep, at a point N 676 ft E 801 ft from W Cor Sec 21, T38S, R7W (Strawberry Valley); and used for the domestic purposes of 1 family in SEy4NWy4 Sec 21, T38S, R7W. Turner, 2123 Tokalon St. San Diego, Ca. proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 0.5 ac ft out of a total of 242.7 ac ft of water as evidenced by a deed portion of Appl. 2408, Cert. 1415 (61-6). The water has been diverted from Broad Hollow Springs, at a point S 48 deg 25 min E 1796 ft from SE Cor Sec 5, T37S R5W and used from Mar, 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 80.9 acs in Sec 4, Ey2SEy4 Sec 5, NWy4NWy4 Sec 9, T37S, R5W. Hereafter, Q.5 ac. ft of water is to be diverted from an 8-inch well, 500 ft deep, at a point S 648 ft W 396 ft from NV4 Cor, Sec 21, T38S, R7W (Strawberry Valley) and used for the domestic purposes of 2 families in NEy4NWy4 Sec 21, T38S, R7W. The remaining amount of water will be used same as heretofore. a-12522 (61-1008) Arthur Tebbs and Russell Bulkley, Panguitch, Ut proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 1.0 ac ft out of a total of 244.2 ac ft of water as evidenced by a deeded portion of Appl. 2403, Cert. 1415 (61-6). The water has been diverted from Broad Hollow Springs, at a point S 48 deg 25 min E 1796 ft from SE Cor Sec 5, T37S R5W and used from Mar. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 81.4 acs in Sec 4, EV4SEy4 Sec 5, NWy4NWy4 Sec 9, T37S, R5W. Hereafter, 1.0 ac ft of water is to be diverted from a 5-inch well, 239 ft deep, at a point S 1328 ft W 20 ft from Ey4 Cor Sec 24, T35S, R5W (6 mi SE of Panguitch) ; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for a 12 unit camp site in SEy4 SEy4 Sec 24, T35S, R5W. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 1636 W. North Temple, SLC, Ut 84116, on or before March 12, 1983.
