Show With two girls dueling it out to the last drill command, Crystal Christenscn, left, took first place, Bobettes Claim Second Place Panguitch Bobettes took second place in Saturday's invitational drill team competition at Panguitch High School. With six teams competing, Parowan came out in first place, and Enterprise captured third place. Also competing were Bryce Valley, Milford, and Valley. The teams marched and competed in their regular drill team, routines before a large group of frjends and relatives. Jeanette Matthews second place and sister Lynea Matthews third place in "drill down" competition. Following regular drill team competition, an individual drill-down was held with Panguitch girls taking all three winning places. Crystal Christensen took first; Jeanette Matthews, second; and Lynea Matthews, third. Judges were Terecca Westwood and Kathleen Cooper, both Cir-cleville and LaVern Jolley and Kathryn Parry, both Panguitch. |
