Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to appropriate water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in ' SLB&M. 57751 (61-836) Jack L. Sherman, Box 50, Panguitch, Ut 0.015 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 75-150 ft. deep, at a point S. 50 ft. E. 50 ft. from NV4 Cor. Sec. 17, T34S, R5W (2 mi N. of Panguitch); and used for the domestic purposes of 1 family; and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.25 acs. in NWV4NEV4 SEc. 17, T34S, R5W. 57810 (61-837) William F. & Marion K. Frandsen Box 169, Panguitch, Ut 1.42 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an 8-inch well, 100-200 ft. deep, at a point S. 500 ft. E. 400 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 15, T34S, R5W (2 mi N. of Panguitch) ; and used for the domestic purposes of 1 family, stockwatering 3 horses, 20 sheep, 50 poultry; and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.25 acs. in NW4NWV4 Sec. 15, T34S, R5W. Protests resisting the granting of these ap plications with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 1636 W. North Temple, SLC, Ut 84116, on or before Sept. 4, 1982.
