Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to exchange water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Location in SLB&M. Exch. No. 1673 (61 area) Wallace G. Lee, P.O. Box 87, Panguitch, UT seeks the right to exchange 3.2 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Sevier River Decree, pg. 21, 2 shares of stock in West Panguitch Irrigation Co. The water has been diverted from Panguitch Creek, at a point E. 1900 ft. from WV4 Cor. Sec. 34, T35S, R7W; and used for irrigation purposes. Hereafter, 3.2 ac. ft. of water is to be released into Panguitch Lake Res., at a point same as heretofore; and 3.2 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 150-300 ft. deep, at a point N. 290 ft. E. 740 Ft. from Wtt Cor. Sec. 5,T36S,R7W(17 mi SW of Panguitch) ; and used for the domestic purposes of 8 summer homes in SWV4NWV4 Sec. 5, T36S, R7W. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 231 E. 400 S., SLC, UT 84111, on or before Aug. 23, 1980. Dee C.
