Show Boulder Hews LeNora LeFevre Family members who came for the funeral service of Carter Ormond and to be with his wife Katherine Ormond at the time of her bereavement were their children Keith Ormond. Clyde and Chris Ormond and family, of St. George; Ken and Linda Guyman and family of Fredonia, Ariz. Katherine's sister, Marge Fraizer of Oroville, Washington, her brother Kenneth L Keed of Walla Walla, Washington; Mr. and Mrs. Roger Phillips and family of Brush, Colo Carter's sister Grace Barney and sons Roe and Wade. Brothers Burns and Bud Ormond and Bud's daughter ReNae of American Fork, Elbert Mitchell of Kller, Texas was accompanied by Keith LeFair Hall after spending the winter months in Phoenix, Arizona returned home on March 11. Parley Coleman is visiting with his son Dan and family at their ranch home in Salt Gulch. Tony Coleman and friends of Escalante spent the weekend camping at the Hole-In Rock Wyatt Jepsen went to Salt Lake City to meet his wife Pamela who flew from Southern California after her visit with parents. Scot McDonald was in Salt Lake City on business Their daughter Shannon suffered a reaction to the whooping cough shot and was hospitalized at the Garfield Memorial Hospital overnight Twila McDonald took the child over to Panguitch. Paul Hansen came home for a short visit with parents, Vern and Emma Jane. Jack Lyman spent the weekend with his parents, Ivan and Dorothy Lyman. Under the direction of the Relief Society a delicious dinner was served March 15 to a large crowd. Films of the Boynton Story by Bob Filmer were shown and films of Coyote Gulch and the Escalante River. The photographer of 1954 did a superb piece of work when he filmed the pictures. Rayola Moosman has received her call to fill an LDS mission in Kansas. She will leave in May. David Fuller has graduated from Primary and received a Duty to God Award and was ordained a deacon Vicky Coleman is teaching a class in upholstery at the town hall to Dorothy Lyman, Dot Coombs, LeNora LeFevre, and Twila McDonald. Sam and Vivian Crosby returned home from Northern California where Sam underwent medical treatment and is doing real well. |
