Although the boys only brought home a fourth place from the State Tournament we are still very proud of them. We can't help but feel they were still the best team there and feel their team play was very good. I would have liked to have seen the face of Jeff Owens when he threw the ball to the far court, to Doug Owens only to have Doug pull on his shirt and tell him he was standing beside him on their opponents court. The boys were well represented for the tournament, in fact so well represented Panguitch scorned almost like a ghost town. There are going to be a couple of receptions and a ladies tea in town for the young couples getting married One will be for Louise Barney and Ban Fink whose reception will be held in the multipurpose room of the Panguitch High school March 18 The other will be for Elaine Riggs and Robert Craw in the Hatch Cultural Hall from 7 to 9 p.m The third, a Trousseau Tea will be held for the ladies in town for Christine Tebbs marrying Dennis Henrie.
