Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-9285 (97-1542) William H. Peck, Boulder, Utah 84716, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 0.25 sec. ft of water as evidenced by Seg. Appl. No. 40020-a. The water has been diverted from a 14-inch well, 50-100 ft. deep at a point S. 520 ft. and E. 540 ft. from WV' Cor. Sec. 35, T33S, R4E; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 10.0 acs. in NWViSWtt Sec. 35, T33S, R4E. Hereafter, 0.25 sec. ft of water is to be diverted from an 8-lnch well, 200-400 ft deep at a point E. 1870 ft and S. 510 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 36, T33S, R4E, (near Boulder); and used same as heretofore in NWViNEy. NEWNWy Sec. 36, T33S. R4E. a-9296 (97-1543) Joseph B. Schow, P.O. Box 5, Escalante, Utah 84726, proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 3.25 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Seg. Appl. No. 40778-a. The water has been diverted from a 6-inch well, 100-200 ft. deep at a point S. 660 ft. and E. 1270 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 29, T35S, R3E; and used for the domestic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 90 cattle in NWV4NWV4 Sec. 29, T35S, R3E. Hereafter, 3.25 ac. ft of water is to be diverted from an 8-inch well, 100-500 ft. deep at a point N. 570 ft. and E. 500 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 8, T35S, R3E (Escalante); and used for fire protection, dust control and other uses necessary for the . , operation and maintenance of a ; . small business In SWV4SWV4 , i..Sec. 8, T35S, R3E.
