Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate water In Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-8887 (61-667) Robert S., William A., Jack A. & Virginia B. Richardson, c o William A. Richardson, 121 N. 4th St., Las Vegas, Nev. 89101, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 0.00252 sec. ft. of water or 0.908 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 0.125 sec. ft. of water or 45.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a portion of Ira W. Hatch Award, Cox Decree, and Change a-6575. The water has been diverted from an 8-inch well, 100 ft. deep at a point S. 600 ft. and E. 1320 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 3. T37S, R7W; and used from Mar, 15 to Nov. 15 for the domestic purposes of 99 families in NEV4NEV4. Sec. 4; SWV4SEV4, WV Sec. 3, T37S, R7W. Hereafter, U.U0252 sec. ft., of water or 0.908 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an 8-Inch well, 200 ft. deep at a point S. 2520 ft. and E. 650 ft. from NV4 Cor. Sec. 3, T37S, R7W, (10 mi. up Mammoth Creek) ; and used for the domestic purposes of two families in SWV4NEV4 Sec. 3, T37S, R7W. a-8896 (97-90) Ivan Lyman, Boulder, Utah 84716, proposes to correct the point of diversion and place of use of 4.0 sec. ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. 34781 and Change a-4513. The water has been diverted from Boulder Creek at a point N. 2376 ft. and W. 2772 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 2, T34S, R4E; and used from Apr. 1 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 280.0 acs. in SEV4NWV4, E',4SWy4,SEV4 Sec. 12, T34S, R4E. Hereafter, 4.0 sec. ft. of water isto be diverted from Boulder Creek at a point N. 320 ft. and E. 520 ft. from SV Cor. Sec. 2, T34S, R4E, (2 mi. S Boulder); and used from Apr. 1 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 108.60 acs. in SEV'4, EViSWK, Sec. 12, T34S, R4E; Lots 5 and 6 Sec. 7, T34S, R5E. 46261 (97-1537) Alfred 11. Jepson, Boulder, Utah 84716. 0.015 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 200 ft. deep at a point S. 848 ft. and E. 2494 ft. from WVi Cor. Sec. 1, T34S, R4E, (2 ml. S Boulder); ant) used for the domestic purposes of two families and stockwatering of 200 cattle and 5 horses in NEV4SWV4 Sec. 1, T34S. R4E. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before July 3. 1976.
