FAREWELL SOCIAL. Tho members of the Self-CuUuro Club tendered Mrs. O. L. Winters a pleasant social and surprlso at her homo Tuesday evening. Tho club met nt the home, of President Wheel-on Wheel-on early In tho ovenlng and later went In n body to the Winters' home. The affair was a genuine surprlso to Mrs. Winters. The evening was spent In the usual social way and a pleasing pleas-ing musical program Interspersed, with recitations, was carried out. Guessing contests, gum moulding con ' ' tests and other games were Indulged j in. Mrs. C. J. Campbell carried off the prize In gum moulding and Mrs. Lottie Smith won the guessing contest con-test prize. Delicious refreshments which were furnished by tho members mem-bers of tho Club were partaken of and heartily enjoyed. The whole affair was a very pleasing event. Mr. and Mrs. O. L. Winters and children left yesterday for Ogden where Mrs. Winters will spend the winter season to give the children nn opportunity of attending the schools of that city.
