Either biock-anwhite or color pictures (not transparencies) may be entered providing an original nego tive or color transparency can be furnished when requested. Negatives and transparencies may not be retouched and no art work may be done on negatives, transporen cies or prints No composition pic tures, multiple printing or montages are permitted No person may win more than one notional prize.
